Construction Work – Community Social Housing Hronov – Construction Work. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Construction And Related Works Consisting In The Alteration Of The Completed Building, I.E. Construction Modifications (Revitalization) Of A Family House In Havlíčková Street No. 462 In Hronov. These Are Structural Modifications (Reconstruction) Of The Existing Family House In Order To Expand The Possibilities Of Residential Social Services In Connection With The Service Of The Home With A Special Regime Of The Domní Zámek Home In Teplice Nad Metují. Three Housing Units Are Designed In The Building For A Total Of Five Clients Requiring Individual Social Care. The Building Is Located In The Central Part Of The City Of Hronov In Havlíčkova Street, No. 462. The Building Has An Almost Square Plan With A Gable Roof. The Building Has Three Above-Ground And One Underground Floors. On The Ground Floor (1St Floor) There Is An Entrance To The Building, A Corridor, And One Apartment Unit For Two Clients. There Is Also One Apartment For Two Clients On The 2Nd Floor And One Apartment For One Client In The Attic, A Common Room For Therapy And An Office With Facilities For A Social Service Worker. The Vertical Link Between The First, Second And Third Above-Ground Floors Is A Staircase Equipped With A Stair Seat For The Possibility Of Moving An Immobile Person. From The Corridor In The Attic, A Storage Space Is Accessible Via Pull-Down Stairs. Technical Facilities And Storage Spaces Are Designed In The Basement Accessible Via A Special Staircase. Demolition Work Will Be Carried Out Mainly Inside The Building. Two Dormers Will Be Newly Built In The Roof Structure. The Existing Roofing Material Containing Asbestos Will Be Disposed Of As Hazardous Waste. Insulation Of The Outer Shell With The Etics System Is Proposed. The Company Čez Distribuce Will Carry Out The Relocation Of The Above-Ground Electricity Line On The Facade Of The Building According To The Project Documentation Prepared By Citron Group Elektro S.R.O., The Assumption Of Preparation Of Pd 01/2025 And Actual Implementation By 04/2025. The Scope Of The Performance Also Includes: - Supply And Installation Of All Relevant Professions (Zti, Ut, Vzt, High-Current And Low-Current Electrical Installations, Mar, Etc. - Provision Of All Construction Work-Related Services And Supplies, Including The Provision And Delivery Of Approval Decisions Or Other Measures Of The Relevant Building Authority Office, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Permanently Use The Completed Building In The Sense Of The Relevant Legal Regulations Updating The Work Schedule - Trial Operation 4 Weeks The Construction Is Designed In Accordance With Decree 398/2009 Coll. On General Technical Requirements Ensuring Barrier-Free Use Of The Building (Valid Until 30.06.2024, Applicable According To The Rules For The Transitional Period According To The Nsz).
