Engineering Services – Community Social Housing Hronov – Tds And Osh. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Performance Of The Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Tds) And The Occupational Health And Safety Coordinator (Osh) And The Provision Of Related Services During The Implementation Of The Construction, Which Includes The Execution Of Demolition Work, Construction And Other Work On The Construction Site: Community Social Housing Hronov, Havlíčkova Street - Construction Work. Part Of The Subject Of The Work Is The Performance Of The Tds And Health And Safety Coordinator Function Also During The Delivery Of Internal Equipment And Electrical Equipment. Part Of The Subject Of The Work Is The Supervision Of The Implementation Of All Conditions For The Location And Execution Of The Construction Resulting From Decision No. J. Muhr/Výst/5790/2024 Dated 26/08/2024, Which Entered Into Force On 21/09/2024, Including The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Of All Doss And All Network Administrators. Part Of The Subject Of The Work Is Cooperation In Securing Approval. The Presence Of The Tds And The Osh Coordinator Is Required On The Construction Site 2 Times A Week For 3 Hours (Regardless Of Days Off And Holidays). The Control Day Will Be Held Once A Week, Also For 3 Hours. The Contracting Authority Draws The Contractors Attention To The Obligation To Comply With The Dnsh Requirements During Construction, Which Are Detailed In The Order Contract.
