The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of The New Construction Of Three Social Rehabilitation Buildings Intended For Housing And Related Paved Areas, Landscaping, Fencing, Demolition Of The Existing Wwtp Building, Modification And Expansion Of The Existing Parking Lot, New Construction Of Water Supply Connection, Outdoor House Water Distribution, Sewage Sewer Connection, Outdoor House Line Gravity Sewers, Storm Sewer Connections, Storm Sewers Including A Rainwater Storage Tank And A Soakaway Rainwater Equipment, Connection And Outdoor House Distribution Of High-Current Electrical Engineering, Connection Of Ntl Gas And Outdoor House Distribution Of Ntl Gas. These Are Permanent Buildings In The Cadastral Territory Of Nové Město Nad Metují. The Buildings Will Serve 8 Clients In A Total Of 3 Households And Also Include Facilities For Staff Who Will Be Present 24 Hours A Day. Part Of The Subject Of The Work Is The Cooperation Of The Building In The Delivery Of Internal Equipment And Electrical Equipment, Which Is Not The Subject Of This Public Contract. Part Of The Subject Of The Work Is The Execution And Observance Of All Conditions For The Location And Construction Of The Building Resulting From Decision No. Nmnm/30280/2024/Ovrr/Holbv Of 27/09/2024, Which Entered Into Force On 22/10/2024, Including The Fulfillment Of The Conditions Of All Doss And All Network Administrators. Part Of The Subject Of The Work Is Also The Provision Of Approval And The Handing Over Of Approval. The Client Warns The Contractor Of The Obligation To Comply With The Dnsh Requirements During Construction, Which Are Detailed In The Contract For The Work.
