Hardware Consultancy Services – Contracting The Service For The Design Of A Mobility Analysis Model In The Balearic Islands.. The Purpose Of The Contract Involves The Collection And Analysis Of Data From The Different Actors Involved In The Mobility Of The Area Of ​​Study, The Creation Of Origin-Destination Matrices, To Subsequently Be Able To Make A Diagnosis Of The Adequacy Of Supply-Demand, Detection Of Main Real And Potential Mobility Problems, And Study Of Alternatives With Cost-Benefit Analysis Of Different Proposals For Action To Improve General Mobility In The Territorial Scope Of The Study. The Contract Will Be Executed In Phases: − Phase I. Installation Of The Two Licenses Of The Software With Which The Mobility Model Will Be Developed And Training Of Two To Five Technicians From The General Directorate In The Use Of The Program. The Installation Of The Software Will Have To Be Carried Out No Later Than One Month After The Start Of The Contract And The Entire Phase No Later Than 2 Months Later. − Phase Ii. Design Of The Model And Obtaining Mobile Telephone Data. A Maximum Of 6 Months Will Be Available From The Start Of The Contract To Design The Model And 8 Months To Obtain Mobile Telephone Data. − Phase Iii. Obtaining Traffic Data And Carrying Out Surveys For The Proper Calibration Of The Model And To Complete The Information Will Have A Maximum Duration Of 9 Months From The Day Following The Formalization Of The Contract. − Phase Iv. Final Delivery Of The Work Before The End Of The Contract.
