Tender For Addition/Alteration And Special Repair To Godfrey Clinic At Nd Mumbai; 1 SCHEDULE A PART I (B/R WORKS)Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land.Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. 2 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris out side MD land.Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. 3 Taking down chowkat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified 4 Taking down chowkat with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each. 5 Taking down steel tubing 15mm bore with fittings complete all as specified. 6 Taking down steel tubing 20mm bore with fittings complete all as specified. 7 Supplying and fixing 15/16mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 including Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings as required laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings with suitable size GI clamps complete all as specified. 8 Supplying and fixing 20mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 including Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings as required laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings with suitable size GI clamps complete all as specified. 9 M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floos complete all as specified. 10 M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floor complete all as specified. 11 S&F aluminium anodized snap grid of size 605 x 605 mm with aluminium anodized angle 20mm x 20mm x 1.2mm fixed along the wall and main and cross tees of size 36.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm and 23.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm respectively with ceiling cleats / angle brackets of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mmincluding suspended GI wire hangers 6mm dia.upto 1200mm length with adjusting level and fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40mm x 3mm x 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long @ 20cm c/c, cement fiber board 4mm thick of size 6oomm x 600mm inserted in grid including dismantling carefully old false ceiling with ceiling boards, electrical fittings, fan, fire sencers etc and making good disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed. 12 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. 13 M&L for machine cut machine polished marble slab 18 mm to 20 mm thick of selected quality in flooring laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set, jointed and pointing the joints with white cement complete as specified and directed . 14 M&L for machine cut machine polished marble slab 18 mm to 20 mm thick of selected quality in skirting laid over and including backing coat 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) set, jointed in white cement paste and pointing the joints with white cement complete as specified and directed . 15 Material & Labour for 20-25mm thick, machine cut, Kotastone slab, as in floors, steps, landing etc. laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including rubbing, cutting and polishing as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified. 16 S & F 10mm thick coloured acid and alkali resistant tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in alkali/acid resistent mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified. 17 M&L for coloured dark shed vitrified ceramic tiles9 to 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc. 0.36 sqm laid in floorsover and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile completeall as specified . 18 M&L for coloured dark shed vitrified ceramic tiles9 to 10mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc. 0.36 sqm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified. 19 Material & Labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/Rectanglar) area of each tiles exc 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm laid in floor over and including15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified. 20 Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7mm thick, area of each tiles exc 0.15 Sqm but n exc 0.18 Sqm laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified. 21 M & L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut machine polished granite stone slab (of any type)machine cut, laid in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding andpolishing complete all as specified. 22 Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar sitution complete all as specified. 23 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified.Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. 24 M&L for Brickworkwork with old size sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. 25 Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. 26 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brick-work incement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. 27 M & L for rendering 20mm thick in two coats(15mm inner coat + 5mm finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cementand finished fair and even including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. 28 S&F powder coated aluminiumsections for partitions, windows, ventilators and doors including fabrication of frame/shutters and fixing to walls/floors with necessary lugs, cleats etc including all accessories such asglazing clips, handles, tower bolts, rollers rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required complete all as specifiedNote: - (i) Glass panes will be measured & paid separately. Item to include replacement of damaged wooden member i.e wooden base, decorative columns ,arch,parapet , chatri and railling etc wherever required ,and refixing of new elements which is missing sectional area not exc 6 Sq cm including applying two coats of French polish complete all as specified. 74 Dismantlingtimber scantlings any type and in any position complete all as specified . 75 M & L for 1st class hard wood (Teak) plain, solid, strainght chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered,segmental, purlins, beams, rafters, columns etc put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and directed.Note - Independent test of teak wood shall be carried out by GE before payment and reports kept on record duly verified, signedand approved. 76 M & L for first class hard wood (teak) full lengthjoists, rafters, purlins, beams, column etc in roof/floor/staircase and where ever required as per siteincluding all fixtures and fastening and apply solignum on the wood surface complete all as specified and directed by GE.Note - Independent test of teak wood shall be carried out by GE before payment and reports kept on record duly verified, signedand approved. 77 Supply and fix in repairs first class hard wood (teak) boarding 30mm thickin flooring including mouldings, chamfers, tongue and grooved including necessary scaffolding where ever required as per site condtion and apply solignum on the wood surface all as specified and directed by GE.Note - Independent test of teak wood shall be carried out by GE before payment and reports kept on record duly verified, signedand approved. 78 M & L for first class hard wood (teak) boarding40mm thick for risers/treads/soffit in staircase including mouldings, chamfers, tongue and grooved includingnecessary scaffolding as per site condition and apply solignum on the wood surface all as specified and directed by GE.Note - Independent test of teak wood shall be carried out by GE before payment and reports kept on record duly verified, signedand approved. 79 M & L for 25mm thick first class hard wood (teak) wrought, decorative wooden facia/eves board and chemically treated with/lattoo, patang patti, ring and kiosk on chajja with complete width as per existing design including necessary scaffolding and safety measuresincluding applying two coats of french polishing over primer as approved by the Engineer In-charge.Note - Independent test of teak wood shall be carried out by GE before payment and reports kept on record duly verified, signedand approved. 80 M&L for Carefully scrapping and removing of multiple layers of white wash, enamel paint, distemper, oil paint, algae, etc. from underside of wooden ceiling gently with care to keep old designs intact using approved brand paint removers, sand papering the surface without damaging the historic fabric of building ( Blow tourch method for cleaning of wooden member not to be used)including antitermite treatment, filling minor cracks by saw dust mixed with approved adhesive applying two coats of french polishing over primer as approvedincluding necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by GE. 81 M&L for complete removal of old paint of any layers from wooden ceilling and existing vertical wooden members or other members as directed and providing anti-termite treatment using cloropyriphos 20% E.C. (in oil or kerosene based solution) and applying two coats of french polishing over primer including necessary scaffolding andsafety measures complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed. 82 M&L for Stitching of cracks in stone masonry using stone as per existing size, typeand pattern and cement mortar (1:3) in historic structure after raking, cleaning and washing the cracks including all leads, lifts and carriage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in -charge 83 Material and Labour for detailing fabricating and fixing built up sections at desired location using MS plates of grade Fe 250 and erecting structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gusset plate, base plate, and all necessary operations like preheating as per specification, straightening, bending, cutting. drilling, grinding, machining if required, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface with wire brush to remove all dust, rust etcand applying two coats of epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer of 30 microns each and two coats of Epoxy Corrosion Resistant Enamel paint of 30 micronsincluding touching up with spray painting after erection complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. 84 M&L for carefully removal of wooden ceiling/ support frame / associated cornices/ beading/ moulding in internal area of room with proper care without damaging historic fabric of building and stacking of ceiling at safe place for refixing of the same, as directed by Engineer in charge, including all leads, lifts and carriage. 85 M & L forPTMT Bottle Trap for Wash basin and sink 38mm single piece moulded with height of 270mm, effective length of tail pipe 260mm from the centre of the waste coupling 77mm breadth with 25mm minimum water seal, weighing not less than 263gms complete all as specified.. 86 M & L for removing / uprooting of vegetation, grass, bush wood, trees and saplings of all girth and any height above/below ground level and disposal of rubbish outside MD land complete all as directed.Note:- Place of disposal shall be find out by the Contractor. 87 M & L for De vegetation from the monuments by chemical injection of Round Up (arsenic base) compound and subsequently uprooting of all vegation of any girth and height without damaging the historic fabric and structure of the building under strict supervision of Engineer-in-Charge. 88 M & L for repairing of Frames and Shutter of Windows includingdecorative arched panels, wherever frame is damaged/ broken/ deteriorated to be replaced with first class hard wood (teak) chemically treated as per tradional wooden joinery of members and fixed in position with the help of holdfasts/ traditional holdfast/ handmade nails etc.including carving/ engraving of existing patterns on frames, shutters, decorative arched panels wherever missing or damaged and removal of multiple layers of paints/ enamel paints on the frame, shutter, panel as per presrcibed process and specification and finished with primer and red oxide of appropriate shade or polish including all leads, lifts and carriage up to all heights including anti termite treatment before fixing in poisiton and to contact with masonasry. Item to include 40- 50 mm thick fully/partialy glazed openable shutters, panneling of door in wood /glass using 6mm thick Clear float Glass,for doors/windows/ventilator as per the existing original design and pattern including all necessary fitting/ hardware like screws, nails,metal spikes ,ornamentel nails ,metal patterns of flower, metal ribets , parlimentary hinges, tower bolts, handles, traditional handmade MS nails, traditional locking system ,decorative features( butt hinges/tower bolt/ handle /door Aldrop/lock ) of the same design, size and weight, etc . Item to also include making all the mouldings and design of the panels werever missing/ damaged/ latter added is replaced asper original detail with all beading, patti,carving, marking , as per size given/ orignal existing detail/ drawing of shutter /pannel including removal of multiple layer of paint /enamel paint with prescribe process and applying two coats of french polishing over primer as approvedincluding necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by GE ( Area of each shutter not exc. 10 Sqm). 89 M & L for repairing of Frames and Shutter of Doors includingdecorative arched panels, whereevr frame is damage/ broken/ detririorated to be replaced with first class well seasoned chemically treated Teak Wood as per tradional wooden joinery of mebers and fixed in position with the help of holdfasts/ traditional holdfast/ handmade naisl etc. Items inclusive of carving/ engraving of patterns on frames, shutters, decorative arched panels wherever missing or damaged and removal of multiple layers of paints/ enamel paints on the frame, shutter, panel as per presrcibed process and specification and finished with primer and red oxide of appropriate shade or polish including all leads, lifts and carriage up to all heights. Item also includes anti termite treatment of wood before fixing in poisiton, coating/ paitning of section of embedded timber coming into contact with masonasry. Item to include 40- 50 mm thick fully/partialy glazed openable shutters, panneling of door in wood /glass using 6mm thick Clear float Glass ,for doors/windows/ventilator as per the existing original design and pattern /or design including all necessary fitting/ hardware like screws, nails,metal spikes ,ornamented nails ,metal patterns of flower, metal ribets , parliamentary hinges, tower bolts, handles, traditional handmade ms nails, traditional locking system ,decorative features( butt hinges/tower bolt/ handle /door Aldrop/lock ) of the same design, size and weight, etc . Item to also include making all the mouldings and design of the panels werever missing/damage/latter added is replaced as in the original detail with all beading, patti,carving,marking , as per size given/ orignal existing detail/ drawing of shutter /pannel and removal of multiple layer of paint /enamel paint and applying two coats of french polishing over primer as approvedincluding necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by GE ( Area of each shutter not exc. 10 Sqm). 90 M&L for 35 mm thick second class hard wood (Sal) plain, framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered partical board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I),kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified. 91 S&F first class hard wood (teak) glazed and Skelton shutters, 30mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauze etc, divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or
