In The Basement: Construction Of The Stb Flooring And Waterproofing; Cleaning Of Steel Elements From Rust And Weakened Anti-Corrosion Coating (Columns And Beams), Priming And Double Painting With Alkyd Paint Of Columns And Beams; Hammering And Cleaning Internal Compromised Plaster On Walls And Ceilings To A Solid Base And Making Plaster With Cement Glue For Thermal Insulation Reinforced With Glass Fiber Mesh (Min 165 G/M2) On Walls And Ceiling.
