Procurement Plan for Mooring and Associated Works at KNPC Oil Terminals Brief Scope of Work: The Contractor shall perform all Works that may be required for the operation and general upkeep of the various terminals at North Pier, New Oil Pier, South Pier, NOP Sulphur Loading, MAB Sea Island and Shuaiba Petroleum Products Pier.
