For The Preparation Of A Two-Phase Separator Production Plan And Separator Production Related To The Euh2stars Project. Information About The Project: In The Framework Of The Eu-Supported Reference Project No. 101137798 Named European Underground H2 Storage Reference System (Hereinafter: Euh2stars), The Consortium Leader Rag Austria Ag With Partners, Including Together With Magyar Földgáztórő Zrt., It Will Jointly Examine And Plan The Entire Along The Value Chain, The Measures Necessary For The Rapid Recovery Of The Hydrogen Economy. Within The Framework Of The Euh2stars Project, The Hydrogen Produced And Stored By The Existing Hydrogen Technology Will Be Injected Into The Komlós B-2 Plant Through The Psz-36 Gas Well. The Purpose Of The Project Is For The Bidder To Gain Practical Experience Of The Underground Storage And Production Process Of Hydrogen, The Operation Of The Well Structure And Surface Technology Through The Injection Of 2 X 100,000 Nm3 Of Pure Hydrogen Over Two Storage Cycles, And Then The Withdrawal Of 100,000 Nm3 Of Natural Gas-Hydrogen Gas Mixture Per Cycle. During The Implementation Of The Project, The Well Structure Of The Psz-36 Gas Well Will Be Transformed, Because Based On The Tests Carried Out In Advance, This Well Is The Most Suitable For Carrying Out The Operation In Terms Of Geology, Structure And Well Integrity In The Storage With A Capacity Of 30 Mm3. The Current Well Structure Will Be Partially Preserved, As The Sand Filter Will Not Be Replaced, As Operational Experience Does Not Justify This (There Was No Sand Production). Technological Description During The Implementation Of The Project, 1 Two-Phase Separator Will Be Installed At The Pusztaszőlős Collection Station On The Surface Technology That Enables Experimental Measurements To Be Carried Out, Which Will Ensure The Separation Of Free Water From The Gas Flow During The Extraction Cycle. The Generated Hydrogen Is Available At The Bidders Site In Kardoskút, In The Form Of An Existing System With A Nominal Pressure Of Pn250. After Removing The Hydrogen Flow, It Arrives At The Pusztaszőlős Site Through A Pressure Reducing Valve, In A System With A Nominal Pressure Of Pn160, Through A New Connecting Pipeline With A Diameter Of Dn80. Here, The Gas Flow Is Released Through A New Dn80 Well Connection Line To The Psz-36 Well Area With Yield Control. In Case Of Extraction, The Gas Stream Is Expected To Bring Up 30-1000 Liters/H Of Aquifer, Therefore In This Operating Condition The Gas Stream Flows From The Well Connection Line Through A Liquid Separation Separator Before The Yield Control. The Separator Is A Stationary Cylinder, Standing On A Skirt, 0.6 M In Diameter, 2 M In Mantle Height, With A Collision Principle Of Operation, With A Liquid Buffer In The Lower Part, And A Demister Mesh At The Outlet. The Layer Water That Collects At The Bottom Of The Device Can Be Released At Its Own Pressure Through An Open-Close Valve On The Drain Line, Controlled By Lower-Upper Level Switches. The Open-Close Valve Has A Bypass To Ensure The Possibility Of Manual Emptying. In Case Of Storage A
