The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare An Opinion On The Technical Efficiency Of Chimney Ducts (Exhaust Gas, Ventilation) For The Needs Of Indicated Premises And Malfunctioning Devices For Each Premises In Buildings Administered By The Building Resources Administration No. 2 In Rybnik. The Maximum Deadline For Completing The Opinion Cannot Be Longer Than 7 Days.1. The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Familiarizing Themselves With The Content Of The Building Construction Book And The Records Regarding The Last Technical Inspection, And Also Familiarizing Themselves With The Premises Files, 2) Notifying The Tenants About The Date Of The Inspection At Least One Day In Advance. In The Notification, The Contractor Informs The Tenants About The Obligation To Make The Premises Available For Inspection And Measurement, As Well As To Provide Access To Adjacent Rooms Within The Building (Basements, Attics, Etc.); The Contractor Undertaking The Inspection Should Present Authorization To Perform The Service By The Ordering Party, 3) Preparing And Submitting To The Ordering Party An Opinion Prepared In Writing, Printed Together With Attachments (Descriptions, Sketches) In 2 Copies, Together With A Document Confirming That The Person Performing The Opinion Has The Technical Efficiency Of The Chimney Flues Required Authorizations And Qualifications Within The Deadline Specified By The Contractor In Accordance With His Declaration Submitted In The Offer, 4) Execution And Submission Of The Opinion Within The Deadline Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Event Of The Need To Prepare An Opinion Upon Request Competent Administrative Authority (E.G. District Construction Supervision Inspectorate For The City Of Rybnik, Fire Brigade, Police, Prosecutors Office),5) Immediate Notification In Writing To The Ordering Party Of Each Case Of Failure To Provide Rooms In Buildings For The Purpose Of Performing The Service And Of Other Difficulties In The Execution Of The Order,6) Performing Coordination Functions In Relation To Subcontractors,7) Cooperation With Facility Administrators During The Execution Of The Order,8) Preparing An Opinion On The Technical Efficiency Of Chimney Flues (Smoke, Exhaust, Ventilation) By A Person With Construction Qualifications In The Appropriate Specialty Or By A Person With Qualifications As A Master In The Chimney Sweeping Craft.2. Opinions On The Technical Efficiency Of Chimney Ducts (Exhaust Gas And Ventilation) Should Include: 1) Indications Of Exhaust And Ventilation Chimney Ducts And The Location Of The Space For Connecting Premises, Rooms Or Devices, 2) Determining The Correctness Of Connecting Premises, Rooms Or Devices, 3) Determining The Causes Of Malfunction Of The Devices ,4) Providing Recommendations That Should Be Made For The Proper Operation Of Ventilation For The Indicated Premises Or The Proper Operation Of Devices.
