The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Systematic Cleaning Of Exhaust And Ventilation Chimney Ducts In Buildings Administered By The Building Resources Administration No. 2 (Hereinafter Referred To As Azb No. 2) In Order To Guarantee Adequate Chimney Draft In Buildings, Ensuring Safety And Protection Against Possible Poisoning And Carbon Monoxide Contamination For Residents And Users Of The Premises. The List Of Chimney Flues In Buildings Is An Annex To The Contract. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Service Of Cleaning Chimney Flues With Gravity Action Should Be Performed Using: A Rope Set With Brushes Adapted To The Cross-Section Of The Chimney Flues, A Pusher (Toper) With Brushes Adapted To The Cross-Section Of The Chimney Flue. Cleaning Of Overpressure Flue Gas Ducts Marked P1 From Condensing Gas Boilers Should Be Performed Using A Reel With A Plastic Star Brush. Cleaning Of Flue Gas Ducts Should Be Carried Out After Securing The Inlet To The Combustion Chamber Of The Condensing Furnace. The Service Of Cleaning Flue Gas Chimney Ducts Discharging Flue Gas From Condensing Boilers Should Be Performed By Chimney Cleaners Located In Residential Premises. Cleaning Should Be Carried Out From The Side Of The Chimney Cleanout To The Outlet Of The Flue Gas Chimney Above The Roof Surface. The Flue Connection Of The Condensing Furnace Is Secured Each Time By The Person Cleaning The Chimney Flue, Through An Inspection Located Above The Gas Boiler. The Contractor Is To Protect The Condensing Furnace Against Possible Contamination Of The Combustion Chamber Or Fan, Against Flooding The Combustion Chamber With Condensate And Water Or Against Possible Contaminants Contained In The Flue Gas Duct. All Chimney Sweeping Activities Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Rules Of The Chimney Sweeping Craft, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Regulations Regarding Chimney Sweeping Services. Particularly Dangerous Work And Work At Heights Should Be Performed In Teams. The Chimney Sweep Has The Right To Refuse To Perform The Service If There Is A Real Threat To His Health Or Life. The Owner Or Manager Should Be Informed About The Threats (Defects And Irregularities In Heating And Chimney Devices) And Obliged To Remove Them Immediately. The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Ensuring That The Chimney Flues Are Cleaned By A Person With Chimney Sweep Qualifications In Accordance With § 34 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Structures And Areas. 2) Removal Of Contaminants From Chimney Ducts (Exhaust Gas And Ventilation Ducts With Gravity Effect And Exhaust Ducts Operating On Overpressure From Condensing Gas Boilers) In Accordance With The Above. Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration, 3) Performing Coordination Functions In Relation To Subcontractors, 4) Setting A Date For Cleaning Chimney Flues In A Given Building With
