Procurement Plan for Road Works at Three KNPC Refineries Brief Scope of Work: The scope of work for KNPC Refineries includes maintaining refinery roads and sidewalks, carrying out earthworks and constructing new road patches with or without sidewalks, maintaining drainage flumes, and performing asphalting of bund walls. It also covers civil maintenance of the refinerys peripheral fence, traffic markings and signs, pavement repairs, and repairing the impervious layer inside tank dykes. The contractor will supply all necessary materials, labor, tools, and equipment to complete these services in accordance with KNPC and Kuwait Ministry of Public Works specifications.
