Procurement Plan For Services For Boiler And Cooling Water Treatment Programs In Knpc Refineries Brief Scope Of Work: The Company Has Three Refineries Namely Maa.Mab Sc Al-Zour. Each Refinery Has Its Own Utility Boilers, Waste Heat Boilers (Whb) To Generate Steam For Refinery. Multiple Open And Closed Recirculating Cooling Water Systems Are Being Used In Each Refinery For Cooling Down Hydrocarbon Products Through Various Heat Exchangers. Uninterrupted Steam Production And Cooling Water Are Vital To Refinery Operation And Any Upset In Boilers /Whb And Critical Heat Exchangers May Lead To Unplanned Refinery Shut Down. Knpc Is Committed To Maintain A Steady, Sustainable Supply Of Steam And Cooling Water By Implementing Effective, Safe, Healthy, And Environment Friendly Chemical Treatment Programs. In Order To Attain The Above Stated Objectives, The Company Now Desires To Appoint A Service Contractor To Supply, Administer, Monitor, And Maintain An Effective Chemical Treatment Program For Boiler Water And Recirculating Cooling Water Systems In Refineries.
