Procurement Plan for To Install New Flare Header for Old Refinery Flare System Brief Scope of Work: The scope of work includes installing a new flare header to simplify the routing of flare off gases from various units, enhancing operational efficiency and safety. The existing flare header will be demolished or decommissioned in compliance with current safety standards. Additionally, the demolition of V- 05-101 will be carried out, and an alternative arrangement will be provided for handling PCV- 0117A, which controls flare of gases from the old refinery, to facilitate maintenance access for the control valve.
