The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Internal Renovation Works In The Ug Building In Cewice. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includesa) New Paint Coatings Of Walls And Ceilings, Including Filling, Leveling And Removal Of Defects, B) Installation Of Pipes Vertically And Horizontally (Under The Ceiling). Made Of Plasterboards On A Metal Frame, C) Replacement Of Some Doors, D) Cleaning Of Existing Mosaic Plaster Coatings Along With Filling In Trace Losses,E) Replacement Of Floors In Designated Rooms (Installation Of Floor Panels With A Minimum Abrasion Class Of Ac4 / Terracotta/Tiles)F) Replacement Of Ventilation Grilles Throughout The Facility,G) Disassembly Of Wall Bumpers And Construction Of New Wall Bumpers,H) Installation Of Fixtures Lighting,I) Replacement Of Sockets And Electrical Switches In All Rooms Of The Ug Building,J) Carrying Out Other Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And Design. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes The Construction And Executive Design And The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1. Appropriately Secure The Construction Site.2. Ensuring The Safety Of The Organization Of Works On The Construction Site, During The Term Of The Agreement Until The Completion And Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Work Area Itself Should Be Secured Against Access By Third Parties.3. If It Is Impossible To Carry Out Construction Works Due To Unfavorable Weather Conditions, The Building Should Be Adequately And Properly Protected Against The Negative Effects Of Weather Conditions (Precipitation, Wind Gusts, Etc.).4. Materials From Demolition Are The Property Of The Contractor And Should Be Removed From The Construction Site To The Contractors Landfill Or Landfill In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699). The Costs Related To Demolition, Transport And Storage (Disposal) Of Demolition Materials Are Borne By The Contractor And Are Not Subject To Separate Payment.5.
