(BDE B.P) in the management of APS and USW projects. Bidding for contracts financed by the Inter-American Development Bank will be conducted in accordance with the procedure indicated in the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods Financed by the Inter-American Development Bank, GN 2349-15, and all bidders from eligible countries may participate, as specified in said policies.
