The Contract Includes Nallenrinne Pre-Construction And Street Construction, Phase 1 Construction Works To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents. The Construction Project Includes The Construction Of Nallenrinne Phase 1 Streets, Water Supply And Municipal Technology. The Contract Works Include E.G. Excavation And Works Related To The Pre-Construction Of The Area In The Scope According To The Plans, Taking Into Account The Special Features And Environmental Values ​​Of The Area. The Developer Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Subscriber In Accordance With Yse 98.
