Patent And Copyright Consultancy Services – Preparation, Filing, Management And Maintenance Services For Invention Patents Owned By Rai. The Contract Is Divided Into A Single Lot Since, Given The Particular Type Of Services Covered By The Procedure, The Division Into Lots Does Not Appear Technically Convenient As It Does Not Allow For Optimized Global Management By Evaluating The Patent Corpus As A Whole. In Consideration Of The Nature Of The Framework Agreement, All Quantities Indicated In The Tender Documentation Are Merely Indicative And Non-Binding. The Estimated Value Represents The Presumed Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement And Is Not Subject To Reduction; This Amount Is In No Way Binding Or Binding For Rai. The Actual Amounts Of The Services To Be Performed Will Be Determined When The Implementation Contracts Are Stipulated By Applying The Single Discount Offered In The Tender To The Fee Items That Constitute The Unit Prices In The Tender. The Estimated Global Value Of The Contract, Pursuant To Art. 71 Of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, Is Equal To Eur 600,000.00 (Including Option), Net Of Vat And/Or Other Taxes And Legal Contributions Divided As Follows: Eur 460,000.00 As The Maximum Total Amount For The Basic Duration Of 36 Months , Of Which: Fees 122,107.00 Eur, Patent Fees And Various Management Expenses (Italy-Abroad) Eur 337,893.00, Eur 140,000.00 As The Maximum Amount In The Event Of Exercising The Extension Option For The Maximum Period Of A Further 12 Months, Of Which: Fees (Management Expenses) Eur 21,165.14, Patent Fees And Various Management Expenses ( Italy-Abroad) 118,834.86 Eur.
