Electronic Intelligence System – Wam Budapest Tma. The Tenderer Intends To Install A Large Area Multilateration System (Hereinafter Wam) On The Budapest Tma And Ctr Airspaces. The Wam Will Be A Secondary Airspace Detection Sensor For The Bidders Air Traffic Control System. The Wam Must Consist Of The Following Elements: A. Centralized Processing System With Full Redundancy. B. From A Given Number Of Ground Stations, The Number Of Which Is Proportional To The Reconnaissance Requirements And The Reserve Principle Of The N-1 System. C. Independent Test System. D. Spares The Successful Bidder/Supplier Shall Deliver And Install The Entire System. The Purpose Of The Tenderer Is To Procure A System For Which It Wishes To Obtain The Approval Of The Transport Authority. The Condition For This Is That The Manufacturer Has A Certificate In Accordance With Commission Delegated Regulation 2023/1768/Eu (Hereinafter: Certification Regulation), Or If It Does Not Have Such A Certificate, Pursuant To The Transitional Provisions Set Out In Article 7 (3) Of The Certification Regulation, The Declaration Of Conformity Tenderer To Be Issued By The Manufacturer, The Manufacturer Will Hand Over The Necessary Documents (E.G. For The System, 552/2004/Ec Or 1139/2018 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council To Certify Compliance With The Technical Compliance Matrix) For The Bidder. For Detailed Specifications, See: Technical Specification - Annex D - Interoperability Requirements. The System Must Also Comply With Eurocae Ed-142 And Ed-129B. The Tenderer Provides The Following: A. Rack Cabinets For The Central Processing Units In The Technical Premises Of The Bidder. B. Uninterrupted Power Supply To The Central Processing Station In The Bidders Areas (See Paragraph 3.9). C. Grounding Points. D. Duplicated, Independent Communication Lines Between The Ground Stations, The Central Processing Unit And The Test System. E. Network Equipment And Cabling (See Paragraph 1.11). F. Hardware For The Central Processing Station As An Option (See Paragraph 1.11). Wam Earth Stations Must Be Located Within The Territory Of Hungary. Wam Sites Must Provide Adequate Coverage And Accuracy To Meet The Requirements Defined In The Technical Description. The Position Of Wam Sites Based On The Bidders Survey Can Be Found In The Technical Description. During The Planning Of The System, The Winning Bidder/Supplier Must Consider The Sites Proposed By The Bidder (Taking Into Account The Terrain Conditions And Sources Of Interference, The Suitability Of The Existing Infrastructure, Etc.), But Is Entitled To Choose Other Sites, As Long As They Ensure Adequate Coverage And Accuracy As Specified In The Technical Description You Know There Are 2 Runways At The Performance Site, The Area Is 22,000 Km2 And There Are A Total Of 100,000 Machine Movements Per Year. All Other Equipment, Materials Or Tools Required For The Installation Must Be Secured By The Winning Bidder/Supplier
