Expression of Interest for Installing (Mount), Maintain, and Commission Asphalt Plants, Concrete Batch Plants, and Ro Crusher Plants in Road, Building, Dam, Irrigation, and Water Infrastructure Construction Projects Sites. Description and specification of the Assignment The companies/firms shall carry out installation (Mounting or Erecting), commissioning, and maintenance of Asphalt plants, Concrete batch plants and crusher plants for road, building, irrigation and water infrastructure construction projects found in various regions of the country. The types of construction plants are described below: Crusher plant witha capacity of 50-150 ton. /hour Asphalt plant with capacity of 30-120 ton./hour Concrete Bach plant with capacity of 40-80 ton./hour The type of plants to be Installed or Erected depend on the type of projects and requirements. The type of project shall include road, dam and Irrigation infrastructures, Bridges, buildings and water supply projects. 4. Application Process Interested companies /firms / must fill in the ECWC prequalification applications and submit relevant documents/ information/ as to demonstrate that they are eligible and qualified for installation (Mounting or Erecting), commissioning and maintenance of construction plants as required by ECWC. The result of the EOI the prequalification evaluation will be used for the purposes of providing the sub-contracting opportunity and procurement action which shall be live for two year. The applicants should consider the following application procedures and documents: 1) The applicant shall bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of this Expression of interest. ECWC will not be responsible or liable for those costs regardless of the result of the selection process 2) All the pages of the EOI submitted must be numbered and signed by authorized person 3) Incorrect, incomplete and inadequate application may lead to rejection of the application 4) All documents must be submitted in English language 5) Applicants may be requested to clarification on submitted document, 6) ECWC has the right to reject the application without communicating the contractors 7) ECWC shall not provide an explanation to applicants related to the shortlisting and selection process, in this respect, ECWCs decision shall be final and binding for all applicants. 8) ECWC may not be enforced to pay advance payment to subcontractors 9) International companies are not allowed to participate in this EOI as it is being run locally in Ethiopia. 10) Submission of documents shall be as per the Terms of References given in this EOI 11) Interested applicants may obtain further information at the address Below Bid closing date: January 11, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.
