The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Ongoing Renovation Of Rooms For The Construction Of The Stem School Environment In The P.R. Slaveykov Secondary School - Kardzhali The Types Of Work To Be Performed Are According To The Bill Of Quantities, Annex To This Technical Specification And Include At Least: Execution Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying Activities, Representing Current Repair In The Sense Of Paragraph 2, Item 43 Of Dr Of Zut. Participation In The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction According To Ordinance No. 3 On The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. Warranty Liability Of The Performed Cmr. Other Non-Construction Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Object: Temporary Construction /If Necessary/; Supply Of Necessary Materials; All Activities On Acceptance Of The Site By The Contracting Authority; Activities During The Defect Notification Period And Warranty Period Of The Construction And Installation Works The Subject Scope Of The Award In This Public Procurement Includes The Activities: Carrying Out The Construction Activities Of The Site, In Accordance With The Currently Valid Regulatory Requirements. In This Regard, The Designated Contractor Should Provide The Necessary Human And Technical Resources (Technical Staff And Executive Staff; Equipment, Equipment And Materials) For The Implementation Of Construction Activities, As Well As Removal Of All Unsuitable Materials, Cleaning Of The Site And All Related It Predictable And Unpredictable Works To Complete The Work.
