Role Overview: The Focused Psychosocial Support (PSS) Facilitator is responsible for providing targeted psychosocial support activities to women at high risk, enhancing their resilience and wellbeing. Activities must align with organizational and interagency guidelines, aiming to positively impact vulnerable women and girls. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Implementation: Assist outreach teams in identifying and assessing women for PSS activities. Develop action plans for group-based PSS sessions addressing key community issues. Conduct periodic sessions and adapt based on feedback from participants and the project coordinator.
