This Part Of The Construction Deals With The Section Connected To The Completed Construction Plzeň Junction, 3Rd Building (Plzeň Hl.N. - Nová Hospoda) After The Connection To The 2Nd Building. 1.E. 1St Construction Creating The Basis Of A New Double-Track Line Towards Stod According To The Approved Variant 3B Update Of The Feasibility Study Modernization Of The Pilsen - Domažlice - St. Limit. The Main Content Of The 2Nd Construction Part Of The Construction Proposed In The Documentation Modernization Of The Line Plzeň - Domažlice - St.Hranice Srn, 2Nd Construction, Section Pilsen (Outside) - Nýřany - Chotěšov (Outside) Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Line Towards Nýřany Included In Of The European Ten-T Railway System Towards Vejprnice And Nýřany. The Construction Including The Above-Mentioned Parts Will Ensure A Comprehensive Reconstruction Of The Railway Top And Bottom, Drainage, Spatial Patency Of Uic Gc, Track Load Class Uic D4, Sufficient Track Capacity, Compliance With The Hygienic Noise And Vibration Limits And Parameters Given By The Tsi Technical Legislation, Electrification, Construction Of Ground Objects, Reconstruction Of Railway Egg House, Nýřany And Deputy Tlučná With The Construction Of Barrier-Free Platforms With A Boarding Edge Height Of 550 Mm Above The Tk And Technological Devices, Especially Security And Communication Devices With Remote Control From The Local Workplace In The Railway Station. Nýřany And The Backup Workplace From Cdp Prague, Including The Construction Of Rbc, Gsm-R And Deployment Of Ertms/Etcs L2, Exclusive Operation With Benefits. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of Cooperation Related To The Work Or Its Parts, For The Duration Of The Agreement On The Provision Of Cooperation, Whereby The Parts Of The Work Are (But Not Exclusively) Security Devices, Operational Applications Linked To Security Devices (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Equipment), For Possible Future Needs Of The Client To Follow Up On The Delivered Part Of The Work With Another Equipment Of Another Contractor/Manufacturer. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Also The Activities That Will Be Carried Out In Connection With The Rules Of Publicity Of Projects Co-Financed From The Funds Of The European Union - The Connecting Europe Facility (Cef). The Valuation Of These Building Publicity Activities Will Be Included In The Bid Price, Publicity Costs Will Be Listed In The List Of Works (So 9898 General Building). The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Ensure The Publicity Of The Construction As A Change To The Obligation From The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 100 Para. 1 Zzvz. The Supplier Will Only Be Reimbursed For The Actual Scope Of This Performance. In The Event That This Public Order Is Not Co-Financed From The Funds Of The European Union, The Contractor Will Not Ensure The Publicity Of The Construction.
