Forestry Services - Provision Of Forest Management Services In The Wejherowo Forest District In 2025 - Procedure No. 2. The Subject Of The Order Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 530 - Forest Act), Covering Work In The Field Of Forest Breeding And Protection, Fire Protection, Timber Harvesting And Skidding , Tourist Development Of The Forest, Meadow And Agricultural Management, Road Maintenance And Maintenance, Small Retention, Maintenance Of Existing Facilities, And Other Necessary Works In The Field Forest Development, To Be Carried Out In The Wejherowo Forest District In 2025 - Procedure No. 2. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. The Material Scope Of The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order May Not Exceed 50% Of The Value Of This Order. Orders Will Be Awarded If There Is A Need To Increase The Scope Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order As A Result Of Natural Or Weather Conditions, Changes In The Wood Sales Market Or Entrusting The Ordering Party With New Economic Or Public Tasks, As Well As In The Event Of The Impossibility To Select Forest Service Contractors For Objective Reasons Within The Framework Of The Contract. Basic Procedures For Awarding Contracts, In Order To Secure The Necessary Performance Of Works And In The Case Of Entrusting A Contractor With Works Constituting Substitute Performance In Relation To Works Carried Out By Another Contractor.
