Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (55x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 12 Supply & fixing 5 mm thick approved China white/coloured glazed tiles in flooring or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished and jointed with white cement slurry and pigment & polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (size of tiles upto 300 x 300 mm) 13 Supply & fixing 5-10 mm thick approved China white/coloured glazed tiles in flooring or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished and jointed with white cement slurry and pigment & polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (size of tiles upto 300 x 300 mm) 14 Distepering(First coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J & N Shalimar, Asian Paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including prepairing the surface even with Plaster Plaster of Paris or approved approved synthetic synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials. 15 Painting of wood or iron work including sand preparing rubbing and cleaning as required for proper completion of work (two coats) 16 Painting or Varnishing on iron works in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & one coat of approved supperior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and t&P etc. required for proper completion of the work paint to be used should confirm to the I.S.I No. 103 17 Providing and applying putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 18 Supply and fixing 32mm thick flush door all complete fitting 19 Supply and fixing aluminium flush door all complete fitting bathroom and Latrin 32mm thick flush door all complete fitting 20 Supply and fixing 32 mm thick flush door ply wood with handle fitting all complete 21 Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.
