The Subject Of The Order Is: Supplies Of Aggregate For The Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In 20251. Scope.1.1 Delivery Of Natural Aggregate, Broken Fraction: 0/31.5 Mm1.2 The Offer Should Include The Cost Of Selling, Loading, Weighing, Transporting And Unloading As Well As Spreading The Aggregate With Profiling And Rolling The Road In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Commune Of Czersk And Other Costs Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, 1.3 Estimated Quantity Up To 2,000 Tons, 1.4 Transport Of Aggregate Directly To Municipal Roads Indicated By The Ordering Party, 1.5 Each Delivery Will Not Be Less Than 6 Tons And Will Not Exceed 20 Tons, 1.6 The Aggregate Will Be Used For The Renovation Of Dirt Roads, 1.7 At The Request Of The Ordering Party By Telephone, Aggregate In An Amount Below 6 Tons, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide And Upload It On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, To An Authorized Person From The Municipal Resources Administration In Czersk.2. Deadlines.2.1 The Contractor Will Complete The Order Within 6 Months From Signing The Contract, Successively As Needs Arise, 2.2 Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Based On The Ordering Partys Needs Specifying: 2.2.1 Quantity Of Aggregate (In A Single Demand Not Less Than 6 Tons) ,2.2.2 Place Of Delivery, Unloading, Spreading Of Aggregate With Profiling And Rolling Of The Road In The Commune Czersk,2.2.3 A Person Authorized To Collect The Aggregate.2.3 Deadline For Each Delivery: Not Shorter Than That Offered By The Contractor In The Submitted Offer (From The Date Of Placing The Order By An Employee Of The Municipal Office - Order By Telephone Or E-Mail). The Contractor Will Specify The Declared Delivery Date Of The Required Batch Of Aggregate In The Submitted Offer. However, This Deadline Cannot Be Longer Than 2 Business Days. In Exceptional Situations, E.G. A Threat To Road Safety, Road Impassability, Delivery Must Be Completed Within 2 Hours - Up To 20 Times During The Duration Of The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Forecast Amounts Of Aggregate Specified In Point 1.3 Are Not Obligatory And May Be Reduced Depending On The Actual Demand.
