Area And Boundaries Of The Study: The Area Of The Entire Cewice Commune In Accordance With Resolution No. Iv/27/2024 Of The Cewice Commune Council Of On June 28, 2024The Scope Of The Order Includes 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Regarding The General Plan Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular:• The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act,• Regulation Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing It Extracts And Drawings (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), • Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended), • Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current One Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development, • Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads.1.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will: • Prepare A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13H, 13 I, 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As The Implementing Provisions To This Act, Including:• Preparation Of Substantive Formal And Legal Documents (Statutorily Required Letters, Notices, Announcements And Announcements: About Starting To Develop The Plan, About Starting Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary Consultations As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Announcements Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Summaries Of Opinions And Arrangements, And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works;• Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission, According To The Distribution List Indicated By The Contractor; • Introducing Any Changes Resulting From The Opinion And Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Necessary Extent If Necessary, If Necessary, Preparing The Content Of Complaints Against Decisions;• Placing Appropriate Announcements In The Press And Bearing The Costs Of Press Publications;• Physical Participation In: Open Meetings, E
