B/ Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Domestic And International Postal Parcels Up To 20 Kg (The Weight Limit, When Referring To Parcels From Other Countries, May Be Higher); C/ Additional Services To Postal Services According To Art. 3, Para. 2 Zpu: - Recommendation; - Declared Value. - Delivery Notice (Return Receipt) Within The Meaning Of § 1, Item 36 Of The Dr Of The Zpu. The Performance Of The Services Should Comply With The Applicable National Legislation And The Current By-Laws, Including: - Law On Postal Services; - Ordinance No. 6 Of November 1, 2011 For Postal Security Requirements; - Measures To Protect The Secrecy Of Correspondence, Annex To Decision Of The Crc No. 2145/21.11.2012; - Standards For The Quality Of The Universal Postal Service; - General Rules For Delivering Postal Items And Parcels. The Delivery And Acceptance Of Postal Items And Parcels Is Carried Out As Follows: The Transmission/Acceptance Of Outgoing Postal Items And Parcels Is Carried Out From The Srs Building In Sofia, Blvd. Tsar Boris Iii No. 54 (Registry Unit And Dsi Unit), Through The Contractors Service Vehicles. The Delivery/Acceptance Of Postal Items And Parcels To Srs Takes Place At Both Addresses Of The Assignor (Sofia, Gen. M.D. Skobelev Blvd. No. 23 And Sofia, Tsar Boris Iii Blvd. No. 54 ), Through The Contractors Service Vehicles.
