The Fuels Should Meet The Quality Requirements, According To The Ordinance On The Requirements For The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Method Of Their Control (Adopted By Resolution No. 156 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 2003, Promulgated Sg No. 66 Of 2003, As Amended By Sg No. 88 Of 24.10.2014, As Amended. Sg No. 31, 2018, Amended Sg No. 20, 2020 .74 As Of 30 August 2024). Refueling And The Purchase Of Oils, Antifreeze, Winter Fluid For Wipers, Brake Fluid And Solid Lubricants Will Be Carried Out In Commercial Establishments / Gas Stations / Located On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria With A Territorial Coverage Of No Less Than The Following Cities - Blagoevgrad, Burgas , Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Vidin, Vratsa, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Kardjali, Kyustendil, Lovech, Montana, Pazardjik, Pernik, Pleven, Plovdiv, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Sliven, Smolyan, Sofia, Stara Zagora, Targovishte, Haskovo, Shumen, Yambol. The Estimated Quantity For 18 Months Is As Follows: 1. Fuels; - Motor Gasoline A-95Н, A-98Н And/Or A-100Н - 360,000 Liters - Diesel Fuel For Cars - 90,000 Liters 2. Lubricants - 400 Liters; 3. Special Liquids And Fuel Additives (Operating Liquids) - 4,000 Liters. They Are Estimated, Approximately Necessary For The Entire Term Of The Contract And Are Indicated Only For The Purpose Of Determining The Estimated Volume Of The Order. In The Course Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities Of Fuel, Liquids And Lubricants, According To Its Actual Needs, As Well As Reserves The Right, If Necessary, Not To Request The Delivery Of The Corresponding Type Of The Above Goods.
