Statutory Audit Services – Co-Auditors Mission For The Needs Of Sa Hlm Les Residences Yvelines-Essonne. This Contract Concerns The Mission Of Certification Of The Corporate Accounts And Consolidated Accounts For Six Accounting Years (2025-2030) Of Sa Les Résidences Yvelines-Essonne. This Consultation Took The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders. In View Of The Provisions Of Article L. 2113-11 Of The Public Procurement Code, This Contract Is Not Awarded. Indeed, The Distribution In Separate Lots Risks Making The Execution Of The Services Technically Difficult And Financially More Costly. The Services Of This Contract Are The Subject Of A Mixed Contract Concluded Partly In The Form Of A Simple Contract With A Global And Fixed Price, Partly In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. This Framework Agreement Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 120,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. In Accordance With Article L.823-3 Of The Commercial Code, It Is Concluded For A Period Of 6 Years From Its Appointment By The General Assembly Of The Residences Covering The Cycle Of Six Accounting Years Running From 2025 To 2030. It Will End Upon Approval Of The Financial Statements By Sa Les Résidences, Following The Session Of The General Meeting Approving The Financial Statements For The Financial Year Ending December 31, 2030
