The installation of TFA and ODU with necessary copper refrigerant pipes, power cable, supports, stands, cable tray, vibration isolator etc is included in the scope. The minimum weight of zinc coating (total on both sides) shall be 180 GSM as per latest version of IS:277. Vendor to prepare and submit shop drawings for approval of Engineer in charge prior commencement of fabrication. LS 1 3 Associated Electrical works including copper armored cable with cable termination with suitable lugs & glands, starter panles with BMS compatibility, power & control cabling, GI Cable tray finished with PU powder coating matching the existing facade with necessary supports & anchor fasters etc Electrical work 1 Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of floor /wall mount Isolator panel, suitable to bend and terminate 1 run of 3.5C X 185sqmm Al. cable at incomer & outgoing side, Isolator rating - 200A, IP-52 enclosure, sheet thickness not less than 2mm at load bearing areas, 2 Supply of 3.5CX 185sqmm Al. armoured cable, XLPE insulated, FR-LSH, 650/1100V grade as per IS 7098 Make-Polycab 3 Laying of 3.5CX 185 sqmm Al. armoured cable in Existing cable open route / open cable Trays with proper clamping/tie in appropriate distance. 4 Suppy & End termination of 3.5C X 185Sq Al Armored Cable with suitable Copper Lugs and Double compression Cable gland etc 5 Cable try for 3.5C X 185Sq Al Armored Cable - Supply and Fixing of 300 x 50 x 2mm GI perforated type cable tray without cover. 6 Earthing Strip-Supply and Fixing of 25 x 6 mm GI Strip. 7 Civil Support-5"Dia Core cutting to pull the 3.5CX 185Sq mm cable at user End . Civil work 1 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .Thescaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerincharge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 2 Removing of existing façade glass at forest belt south side for HVAC duct routing and shifting of removed glass to civil external store with transportation and men and materials etc as per instructions of Engineer in charge. 3 Providing and fabrication of Aluminium louver and backround GI sheet fixing with approved PU powder coating paint for both GI sheet and louvers installation cost is including all accessories & Men and materials etc. complete as per instructions of Engineer in charge. 4 Core Cutting in RCC slab of size upto 6 inch dia, cost is inclusive of all lead, lift, manpower etc, complete as per instructions of Engineer in charge. 5 Removal of existing false-ceiling and reinstatement of same including necessary modifications around ducts as per instructions of Engineer in charge 6 Cutting of existing gypsum cladding for fresh air, exhaust duct and making necessary modifications around the ducts using gypsum/POP/necessary framing and finishing the surface in 2 coats of paint with touch up putty and matching color and finish of the existing surface as per instructions of Engineer in charge.
