It Is Required To Contract The Provision Of 20,000 Twenty Thousand Specific Paper Forms To Prepare Drivers Licenses, With Security And Layout Specifications Mentioned In The General Standard Cve 1186944 And The General Standard Cve 1560533 Of March 15, 2019. Each Form Must Have A Heat-Sealable Envelope, With A Correlative Folio And The Same As The Forms, Considering The Type Of Paper, Type Of Ink, Layout And Format Authorized By The Ministry Of Transport And Telecommunications. Likewise, Said Service Must Contemplate Within All The Tendered Forms The Issuance Of The New Drivers License Forms, In Accordance With The Implementation Of The New Digital Drivers License, And In Accordance With The Parameters And Requirements Established By The Ministry. Of Transportation And Telecommunications. In Both Cases, According To The Requirement Of The Municipality.
