Sludge-Dewatering Plant Construction Work – Ph - Cl 24 - Establishment Of Facilities For Drying The Sludge Resulting From The Purification Process. The Works Contract Ph-Cl-24 - Establishment Of Facilities For Drying The Sludge Resulting From The Purification Process Consists In The Realization Of The Following Works: • Sludge Dewatering Installation (Existing Technical Premises) • Sludge Reception Station • Technological Hall • Reagent Storage • Other Works Within The Station The Contract For The Design And Execution For The Objective Establishment Of Facilities For Drying The Sludge Resulting From The Purification Process Includes: A) The Design Activities - The Technical Execution Project, Which Will Include All The Necessary Documents According To The Legislation And Any Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals And Authorizations; Support For The Beneficiary In Obtaining The Necessary Authorizations And Approvals; B) Construction Works; C) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; D) Testing And Commissioning; E) Training Of The Beneficiarys Staff. F) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. G) During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Also Provide Technical Assistance From The Designer, With All The Legal Attributions That Fall To Him For This Purpose. The Duration Of Design And Execution Of The Works And Commissioning Of The Installations Is 18 Months, Broken Down As Follows: - Design Stage: 6 Months, - Period Of Execution Of The Works: 9 Months - Testing And Commissioning Period: 3 Months Period Notification Of Defects (Pnd) Is At Least 36 Months. The Contract Remains Valid Until All Obligations Are Fulfilled By The Parties. The Contract Value Does Not Include Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. In The Value Of The Current Contract Establishment Of Facilities For Drying The Sludge Resulting From The Purification Process - There Are No Provisioned Amounts (Implementation Reserve).
