For Determining The Bodies And Structures Responsible For The Implementation Of The Pva And Their Main Functions, Instructions From The Ministry Of Finance And Other Applicable Normative Acts. Estimated Workload: 12,360 Pcs. Dfo Calculated On The Basis Of 1030 Pcs. The Contract With The Leading Partners - Budgetary Organizations, With An Average Of 4 Contracts With Contractors, For Which 3 Payments Are Expected. 6,180 Pcs. Fto/Payment Requests Calculated Based On 1030 Pcs. Contracts With The Leading Partners For 6 (Six) Quarterly Reporting Periods. According To The Current Smc, The Ftos Are Submitted By The Lead Partners By The 5Th Of The Month Following The End Of The Three-Month Reporting Period, And They Should Be Checked/Approved By The 15Th Of The Specified Month. The Specified Numbers Are Estimated, Tied To The Number Of Received Dfo And Fto, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Declare Them All. The Term For The Performance Of The Services Subject To The Contract Is Until The Financial Resource Under The Contract Is Reached Or Until The Deadline For The Eligibility Of Costs (30.06.2026), Whichever Of The Two Events Occurs Earlier.
