Electrical Installation Work – Configuration Of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations In Areas Of Greece. The Object Of The Agreement Is The Formation Of Infrastructure For The Installation Of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations In Areas Of Greece. Specifically, It Concerns The Supply Of Materials, Infrastructure And The Installation Of The Necessary Equipment For The Creation Of 58 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. The Total Project Cost According To The Relevant Study Amounts To €10,500,553.32. This Amount Is An Upper Bid Limit. The Amount Of Unforeseen Expenses Amounts To: €945,049.80 (As This Corresponds To A Percentage Of 9% Of The Total Work Expenses During The Study). The Amount Of Unforeseen Costs Is Recalculated Upon Signing The Contract, Based On The Contractors Offered Price, With A Fixed Percentage Of Unforeseen Costs (9%). The Amount In Question Will Cover Prices For Equipment-Works That May Arise During The Execution Of The Contract (Not Known In Advance) And Are Not Mentioned In The Contract Documents, But Will Be Deemed Necessary For The Safety, Completeness And Functionality Of The Project. The Amount Of Study Fees Amounts To: €254,396.88 (Refers To Application Studies And As Built). The Amount Of Fees Is Recalculated Upon Signing The Contract, Based On The Price Offered By The Contractor. From The Amount In Question, The Costs For The Autopsy Of The Premises And The Issuance Of Certificates Of Non-Payment Of Real Estate Tax (Tap) Will Be Covered. The Total Budget Of The Project (Including The Amount Of Unforeseen Expenses And Study Fees) Amounts To Eleven Million, Seven Hundred Thousand Euros (€11,700,000.00), Plus Vat And Is A Maximum Offer Limit.
