System Quality Assurance Assessment And Review Services – Services Necessary To Implement The Requirements For The Iacs (Integrated Administration And Control System) Quality Inspection, According To Reg. (Eu) 2116/2021, Art. 68, Art. 69, Art. 70” – Starting With The 2024 Campaign –. Ii.2.4 Description Of The Public Procurement (The Nature And Quantity Of The Works, Products Or Services Or A Mention Of The Needs And Requirements) The Categories Of Services (Components) That Will Be Carried Out During The Framework Agreement Are The Following: I. Carrying Out The Quality Control Services Of The Iacs Components (Lpis - Land Parcel Identification System, Gsaa - Geo-Spatial Application System, Ams- Area Monitoring System) By Re-Performing The Operations Of Digitization And Determining The Crop As Appropriate, Respectively The Flows Implemented In Geospatial Application (Rsv-Iacs); Ii. Preparation Of Data And Reports For Final Reporting (Pdr); Iii. Final Reporting Including Remedial Plan If Applicable (Rf/Apr). The Estimated Maximum And Minimum Quantities That Are Expected To Be Realized During The Framework Agreement And During The Duration Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Can Be Found In The Annex To The Specifications - Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantities.  The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement, Which Was Calculated Based On The Maximum Quantities Of Services That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, For All Categories Of Services, Is 3,492,708.00 Lei, Without Vat. This Is The Value According To Which The Offers Will Be Developed And Evaluated. We Make It Clear That During The Development Of The Framework Agreement, The Maximum Estimated Quantities Of The Framework Agreement Will Not Be Increased, And Its Possible Changes Will Not Refer To Additions Of Quantities Of Deliverables Or Value.  The Estimated Minimum Value Of The Framework Agreement, Which Was Calculated Based On The Minimum Quantities Of Services That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, For All Categories Of Services, Is 865,800.00 Lei, Without Vat.  The Maximum Estimated Total Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 871,800.00 Lei Without Vat And Corresponds To The Maximum Amount Of Services To Be Purchased During The Largest Subsequent Contract, For The Categories Of Services Requested In The Specifications.  The Estimated Minimum Total Value Of A Subsequent Contract Is 223,800.00 Lei Without Vat And Corresponds To The Minimum Quantities Of Services To Be Purchased During The Duration Of A Subsequent Contract, For The Categories Of Services Requested In The Specifications. - Note: The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Provide Services For The Entire Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement.
