This Project Proposes The Purchase Of It Equipment And Software Licenses Within The Investment Project: Development Of Ict Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Sălacea, Bihor County, Essential Objects For The Creation Of An Adequate Framework For Carrying Out Activities. Through The Development Of Ict Infrastructure, Within Sălacea Commune, The Administrative System Will Be Debureaucratized, Which Will Implicitly Lead To Quick Access To Information, To An Efficient Communication Process, And Last But Not Least To Reduced Waiting Times. The Town Hall Does Not Have High-Performance It Systems That Ensure Both Inter-Departmental Communication And Communication With Citizens And The Business Environment, Which Would Qualify It As A Smart Town Hall, Prepared For Current Needs. The Need For The Investment Resides In Improving The Quality Of Life Of The Inhabitants Of Sălacea Commune Through: The Development Of Infrastructures (Management And Ict) For The Interoperability Of Public Services; The Estimated Total Value Of The Purchase: Is 765,264.00 Lei Without Vat. Funding Source: National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Component 10 Local Fund, Investment I.1.2 - Ensuring The Infrastructure For Green Transport – Its/Other Ict Infrastructures (Intelligent Urban/Local Management Systems), Financing Contract No. 19910 Of 16.02.2023 The Term Until Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is 7 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Clarification Requests On The 4Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
