Servers – Purchase, Delivery And Implementation Of A Server Cluster With Licenses As Part Of The Cybersecurity Local Government Project In Pruszków County. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Implementation Of A Server Cluster With Software Under Task 2 - Technical Area: Purchase, Implementation, Configuration And Maintenance Of Cybersecurity Devices And Software Specified In The Funding Application Of December 4, 2023 As Part Of The Cybersecure Grant Project Local Government Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23 And From Its Own Funds, Where: The Ordering Party Orders And The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Deliver And Implement A Cluster Of Servers With Software In The Ordering Partys Infrastructure With 3 Years Of Technical Support From The Manufacturer And The Contractor In Accordance With The Demand Provided By The Ordering Party, Described In The Tor, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract, 2) Supply Of The Required License In The Software Opz, 3) Installation And Configuration Of The Delivered Components In Order To Create A Working Virtualization According To The Ordering Partys Guidelines, 4) Configuration Of The Delivered Components In Relation To Other Existing The Ordering Partys Infrastructure Constituting The Necessary Technical Environment, 5) Servicing Of The Virtualizer Hardware And Software Along With Components And All Elements Provided By The Contractor As Well As Substantive Support For The Duration Of This Agreement, 6) Guaranteeing Up To 12 Hours Of Quarterly Post-Implementation Support In The Configuration Of The Supplied Hardware And Software In During The Term Of This Agreement, 7) Migration Of Necessary Facilities From The Ordering Partys Current Infrastructure To The Newly Created Production Environment. 8) Conducting Training For Designated Employees Of The It Team On The Functionality Of The New Device And Configuration Techniques, 9) Providing Service For The Implemented Solution. 2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Device That Is The Subject Of The Contract, Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Later Than 2024, Complete, Technically Efficient, Along With Controllers. The Device Will Meet The Technical And Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of A Given Product. In Terms Of Software, The Contractor Will Provide All Required Licenses Obtained From Official Distribution Channels. 3. The Contractor Will Perform The Contract In Accordance With Art, Good Practices And Applicable Law, And Is Responsible For The Quality And Timeliness Of Implementation, As Well As For The Fact That The Persons Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Have The Necessary Knowledge And Experience For The Proper Implementation Of The Contract. 4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract May Not Cause Any Downtime In The Work Of The Ordering Partys Employees. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Post-Implementation Documentation After Completing The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Service Will Be Provided On Terms Consistent With The Contractors Offer (Appendix No. 2). 7. Licenses And Software Constituting Part Of The Equipment That Are The Subject Of The Contract Become The Property Of The Ordering Party On The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties. 8.
