Tenders are invited for Procurement of Certified Paddy and Wheat Seeds. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the said Executing Agency, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings 100,000/- The method of payment will be by Government Electronic Payment Gateway (GEPG) payable to Chief Executive Officer, Agricultural Seeds Agency, Head Office Plot No. 50 Magodoro Street P.O. Box 364, Morogoro upon collection of bills from the cashier. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an acceptable format provided in the Bidding Document in Tanzania shillings or freely convertible currencies as mentioned in pars 2 above. All Bids in one original plus two (2) copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Secretary of Tender Board, Agricultural Seed Agency, P.O. Box 364, MOROGORQ TANZANL4 at or before 10:00hours on 06th February, 2025. Bids must be delivered at the Office of the Secretary of Tender Board, Agricultural Seed Agency located at Room number 4. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Conference Room of Agricultural Seeds Agency (ASA), Head Office Plot No. 50 Magodoro Street P.O.
