Larvik Municipality Will Procure Assistance For The Development Of A New Access Road And Groundwork For The New Treatment Plant In Kvelde, Located Approx. 200 M Onto Svartangveien (Fv 3046), From Lågendalsveien (Fv 40). The Access Road Is Designed To Be Approx. 380 Meters Long With A Climb Up To The Site For The New Treatment Plant. There Are Challenges With Ground Conditions In The Area, So Parts Of The Access Road, Approx. 2100 M2, Must Be Lime-Cement Stabilised. Duct Pipes For Cables From An Already Reduced Power Station Located West Of The Access Road In The Area Must Be Laid, Duct Pipes Also From Booms, And To Light Poles Along The Access Road To The Treatment Plant. Parts Of The Access Road Have Been Cleared Of Forest, Some Forest Remains. The Plot Of Land For The Treatment Plant Has An Area Of 14,710 M2, It Must Be Secured In Excess Of A Construction Pit Treatment Plant With A Fixed Installation.
