Local Time Tuesday, January 21, 2025. In Addition To The Proposal Number And Title Of Work, The Following Information Shall Also Be Written Legibly On The Outside Of The Sealed Envelope: 1) Full Legal Name Of The Proponent; 2) Return Address Of The Proponent; And, 3) The Closing Date And Time.
