1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Tests Of Waste Delivered To Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. – Municipal Waste Thermal Neutralization Plant In Konin In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of June 8, 2016 On Technical Conditions For Qualifying Part Of The Energy Recovered From Thermal Transformation Of Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 847) And Testing Of Waste Generated In The Combustion Process, A) For Waste With Code 20 03 01B) For Waste With Code 19 12 12C) For Waste With Code 19 01 12 - Slags And Bottom Ashes Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 01 11*: D) For Waste With Code 19 01 15* - Dust From Boilers Containing Hazardous Substances To The Extent Indicated In The Order Documents2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection And Preparation Of Waste Samples For The Above-Mentioned Tests. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party In Writing A Sampling Plan At The Ztuok Premises Within 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3. The Collection And Preparation Of Samples For Waste Testing Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Procedures Established As Appropriate In The Standards Translating: - Standard En 15442:2011 Solid Secondary Fuels - Sampling Methods - Standard En 15443:2011 Solid Secondary Fuels - Methods For Laboratory Sample Preparation4. The Tests Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Be Carried Out By Laboratories With Accreditation Of A Research Laboratory Issued By The Polish Center For Accreditation, Or Certificates Of Another, Equivalent Accreditation Center, Confirming Compliance With The Pn-En Iso/Iec 17025:2018-02 Standard, Authorizing Them To Conduct All Tests And Collection Of Waste Specified Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Along With A Document Showing That The Required Accredited Standards Or Their More Recent Accredited Editions Recommended By The Polish Committee Standardization, Are Within The Current Scope Of Accreditation.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Insurance For The Business Activity Conducted Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Not Shorter Than The Period Of Contract Implementation For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 100,000. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Copy Of The Current Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance. Details Regarding Insurance Are Included In The Draft Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz).6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Required For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Order Documents.
