The Local Development Strategy Of Sector 5 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest For The Period 2022-2027 Is Constituted As An Integrated Territorial Development Strategy, Which Is Based On The Analysis Of The Development Needs And The Potential Of The Area, Including The Economic, Social And Environmental Interconnections, The Description Of A Integrated Approaches That Respond To The Development Needs And The Identified Potential, As Well As A List Of The Operations That Will Be Implemented (According To The Provisions Of The Eu Regulation 2021/1060 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, Regarding Territorial Strategies - Art. 29). The Contract Contributes To The Level Of Strategic Objective O.S.5. Promoting Integrated And Inclusive Development Through The Modernization, Rehabilitation And Expansion Of Educational, Health And Social Infrastructure, As Well As Tourism, Cultural, Sports And Leisure Infrastructure. The Estimated Value Of The Services And Works To Be Purchased Is 99,747,318, 28 Lei Without Vat. For Design Services, The Estimated Value Is 3,562,412.84 Lei Without Vat. For The Execution Of The Works, The Estimated Value Is 96,184,905.44 Lei Without Vat.
