Construction Work – Framework Agreement For The Construction Of Charging Stations – Orlen. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Negotiation Of A Framework Agreement Containing Contractual Conditions For The Fulfillment Of Individual Partial Public Contracts To Ensure Construction Preparation For Charging Stations, Supplies, Assembly And Commissioning Of Units, So That It Is Possible To Supply And Install A Charging Station With A Minimum Output Of 300 Kw And A Maximum 500 Kw In The Power Unit + Dispenser Configuration And The All-In-One Configuration For A Fixed Period Of Four (4) Years From The Signing Of The Contract With A Maximum Of Five (5) Selected Suppliers. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, In The Manner Specified Therein, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Needs. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Draw Performance From The Framework Agreement. The Expected Maximum Scope Of The Required Performance From The Framework Agreement (Or The Expected Maximum Number Of Charging Stations) Is Up To 900 Charging Stations.
