The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Purchase Of A New Building Of An Apartment Building (The Land Of Which The New Building Will Be A Part) In The Ownership Of Hl. M. Of Prague And Entrusted To The Administration Of The Contracting Authority, While The New Building Will Be Built In Accordance With The Contract On The Future Purchase Contract According To The Project Submitted By The Selected Supplier In The Procurement Procedure. I.E. Part Of The Public Contract Is Also A Proposal For A Solution In The Sense Of Sec. § 60 Par. 1 Letter B) Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Awarding Public Contracts. The Public Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts.
