The Object Of The Contract Is The Upgrade Of Services For The Electronic Submission, Control And Processing Of Asset Status Declarations - Pothen Esches And Has As Its Main Objectives: • The Modernization, Upgrading And Improvement Of The Services Provided By The Technology Used In The Pothen Esches Integrated Information System As Well As Its Operation, Support, Maintenance And Expansion. • The Implementation Of A Fully Homogenized Technological Solution For All Subsystems (Existing And New). • The Full Description Of The Technological Solution That Will Be Implemented In Detailed Documentary Material That Will Be Delivered To The Eia And Will Include The Code And The Scheme Of The System Base. • Improving The Operation, Security, Reliability And Maintainability Of All The Subsystems That Make Up The Integrated Information System Using New Technologies. • Expanding The Interoperability Of The Information System With Other Selected Information Systems Of The Public Administration And The Private Sector. • The Compliance Of The Information System With Any Other Requirement Set By The Current Institutional Framework. In The Context Of This Project, It Is Planned To Implement A Series Of Actions To Achieve The Above Objectives, Which Include: The Modernization Of E-Pothen, As It Operates Today, Into A Modern And User-Friendly E-Suite, Fully Compatible With The New European Interoperability Framework And The Digital Transformation Bible For 2022-2025 Of The Yphsid. In Particular, The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Following Services: 1. System Implementation Study 2. Software & Licenses Supply 3. Application & Digital Services Development Services 4. Test Operation Services 5. Training Services 6. Good Operation Guarantee Services 7. Maintenance Services And Technical Support The Scope Of The Contract Is Not Divided Into Sections, Due To The Architecture Of The Project, Complementarity And The Interdependencies, I.E. The High Interoperability Requirements That Need To Be Ensured.
