Construction Work – Construction Of The Main Switchboard On The Goś-Łam Premises. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Along With All Necessary Arrangements And Decisions, As Well As The Construction Of A New 15 Kv Main Switchboard Facility (Including Equipment) On The Premises Of Goś Łam, Commissioning And Switching From The Old To The New Rg Switchboard. The Building And The Development Of The Plot Area Should Be Designed In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225, As Amended). .). The Method Of Powering The 15 Kv Switchgear Will Not Change. The Building Should Be Designed And Located On The Plot On The North Side, In Accordance With The Investors Requirements And Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations As Well As The Provisions Of Local Law, As Maintenance-Free And Will Not Be Intended For Permanent Human Stay. Fire Protection Of The Building Should Be Ensured In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Buildings And Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 822, As Amended). The Building Should Accommodate 40 Bays Of A 15 Kv Switchgear With Internal Electrical Installations And Provide Free Access To The Switchboard Components. A Place Should Be Provided For The Future Connection Of A Photovoltaic Installation For Goś Łam Facilities. It Is Planned To Construct The Necessary Driveways And Sidewalks To The Building For The Purposes Of Ongoing Operation And Servicing. The Building Should Have One Above-Ground Floor. The Building Should Be Constructed In Traditional Technology With A Gable Roof. Walls With A Thermal Transmittance Coefficient In Accordance With Applicable Regulations On Reinforced Concrete Foundations Placed Below The Ground Frost Level. The Following Installations Should Be Installed In The Building: 1) Heating And Ventilation. 2) Air Conditioning In The Room Where The Measurement Systems, Measurement Data Transmission And Switchgear Supervision Systems Will Be Installed. 3) Basic, Local And Emergency Lighting, 4) Protection Against Electric Shock And Surge Protection, Grounding And Lightning Protection, Equipped With An Access Control System (Entrance Door) And Cameras. The System Should Be Incorporated Into The Existing Access Control System In The Goś. 5) The Finishing And Equipment Of Individual Rooms Should Be Adapted To The Specificity Of The Room And Agreed With The User. 6) Sanitary Installations 7) In Terms Of Communications - The Facility Should Be Equipped With New Devices That Meet The Requirements Of The Distribution System Operator.
