The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Production And Personalization Of Driving Qualification Cards (Hereinafter: Cards), Based On Article 42 Of The Road Transport Act, Zpcp-2 (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 6/16 - Official Consolidated Text , 67/19, 94/21, 54/22 – Zujpp, 105/22 – Zznšpp, 18/23 – Zdu-1O And 23/24) And Article 16 Of The Rules On Basic Qualifications For Motor Vehicle Drivers In Road Traffic (Official Gazette Of The Republic Of Slovenia, No. 103/10, 63/12, 62/14, 69/19 And 50/22) , Envelopes With A Cover Letter, Distribution Of Cards To The Holder And The Necessary Software For Capturing The Data Needed For The Personalization Of Cards, Namely: A) Production And Personalization Of Cards; B) Production Of An Envelope With A Cover Letter For The Transfer Of Produced And Personalized Cards To The Card Holder. The Public Procurement Is Carried Out According To The Authorization For Administrative Units.
