The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Awarding Activities For The Implementation Of Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Implementation Of Activities On Smr And Energy Efficiency Measures For An Object: Culture And Arts Building - Community Center In The City Of Aheloy, Pomorie Municipality The Implementation Of Engineering Includes The Following Main Activities: Activity I - Preparation Of An Investment Project Including: A. Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, Including The Necessary Work Details For The Needs Of The Object According To Its Terms And Conditions, According To The Volume And Scope, Regulated In Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001. On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Other Applicable Current Legislation, As Well As The Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification For The Development Of The Investment Project, As Well As Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Regulations, And The Current State Of The Relevant Object , Including Operating Companies And Other Bodies And Approval According To The Order Of The Zut. B. Removal, At Your Own Expense, Of The Shortcomings Of The Project, Established In The Course Of Carrying Out Inspections By The Contracting Authority And/Or The Construction Supervisor, Assessing The Compliance Of The Project With The Essential Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Constructive Part, According To The Zut, Including Under Time Of Construction, As Well As Removal Of Remarks From The Institutions Upon Approval Of The Project. Activity Ii - Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction Of The Site, According To The Investment Projects Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price List Proposal. The Subject Of Activity Ii Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Construction And Represent A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them: • The Construction Works Are Carried Out According To The Prepared And Approved Technical Project For The Construction And The Instructions And The Orders In The Order Book; • Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications And The Technical Project; • Provision Of Land For The Needs Of Construction - For Temporary Construction, For Storage Of Materials And Equipment And Other Needs, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction, Established By The Safety And Health Plan; • If Necessary To Carry Out Relocation Works, During And In Connection With The Implementation Of Construction, Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks And Facilities. • Organization Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste Arising As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation. • Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests
