The Subject Scope Of The Award In This Order Includes The Activities: Activity 1 Design: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, The Met And The By-Laws On Its Implementation And The Energy Efficiency Surveys Carried Out And Establishing The Technical Characteristics And The Technical Passport Of The Building In Compliance With The Principles Of Effectiveness, Efficiency And Economy With A View To Achieving The Main Goal Of The Investment , Including But Not Limited To: Review And Analysis Of Available Source Data And Information Provided; Development Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase For The Site Renovation And Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In An Administrative Building With Address: City Ruse, Blvd. General Skobelev №49, In Which The Quantitative And Quantitative-Value Accounts For The Activities Representing An Allowable Expense Under Procedure Bg-Rrp-4.020 And For The Activities - Representing An Inadmissible Expense Under Procedure Bg-Rrp-4.020 Are Clearly Distinguished; Participation In The Preliminary Presentation And Discussion Of The Prepared Investment Project With The Interested Parties Using The Building - Subject Of Intervention, Before Its Approval; Assistance In Coordinating The Investment Project With The Relevant Competent Administrations, Interested Institutions, Operating Companies And Third Parties According To The Applicable Regulations. Activity 2 Construction/Eia - Renewal And Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In The Administrative Building Following The Conclusions And Measures Established By The Energy Efficiency Survey Report And The Survey Of The Buildings Structure, Installations And Systems, Including But Not Limited To: Implementation Of Cmps That Are Necessary To Satisfy The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Approved Project, As Well As All Cmps And Other Activities That (Although Not Mentioned In The Contract) Are Necessary For The Stability Or Completion Or Reliable And Efficient Operation Of The Site; If Necessary, Carrying Out Relocation Works, During Construction, Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks And Facilities Of The Technical Infrastructure; Implementation Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste Arising During The Performance Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision Of The Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 54A, Para. 2 Of The Law On Cadastre And Land Registry; Handover Of The Construction And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction Annex No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003.
