The Mandatory-Basic (Ca) Group Includes The Basic Requirements That Must Be Satisfied, In Which Case It Is Necessary To Declare That The File And Document Management Software Fulfills The Given Requirement When The Procedure Is Initiated. Failure To Do So Is Equivalent To Failure To Meet The Requirement And Automatically Results In The Offer Being Invalidated.
